8:00 AM – Fresh Starts & Healthy Hearts

The day begins with a focused routine. As we open our doors at 8:00 AM, our first priority is nutrition. While our guests are enjoying their breakfast, our team is already in high gear. Every bowl from the night before is collected, scrubbed, and disinfected to ensure zero cross-contamination.

We believe that a clean resort starts at the table. By the time your dog is finished eating, their dining area is already being prepped for the next meal.

9:00 AM – The Playground & The Cleaning Crew

Once breakfast has settled, it’s time for the "Pack" to head to the playground. We don't just throw every dog into one big group. We utilize three distinct play areas, separating our guests by size and temperament. Whether you have a high-energy athlete or a gentle soul, they are grouped with friends who match their "vibe."

While the dogs play, the cleaning never stops. One of the things that makes Puppy Island unique is our dedicated cleaning staff. They are on-site 7 days a week, from open to close. While the dogs are burning energy in the playground, our team is deep-cleaning and disinfecting every single room. We use professional-grade, pet-safe sanitizers to ensure that when your dog returns to their suite, it smells fresh and is clinically clean.

10:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Parties & The "Kick-Back" Corner

This is the peak of the party! Depending on the day, your dog might be jumping into a pool party or celebrating a friend’s birthday party with toys and activities. Our staff is in the play zone at all times, not just supervising, but engaging.

However, we know that some dogs prefer the "VIP Lounge" experience over the mosh pit. Interestingly, the dogs at our resort picked out their own favorite spot—a specific corner of the island where the "chill" dogs like to congregate. We listened to them! We’ve outfitted this Kick-Back Corner with plush couches and premium dog beds, creating a sanctuary for those who want to watch the party rather than be in the middle of it.

12:00 PM to 4:00 PM – The "Golden Hours" of Care

At noon, we close our doors to the public. Why? Because this time belongs entirely to the dogs. By removing the distractions of check-ins and check-outs, our team can provide 1-on-1 boutique care.

  • Medication & Nutrition: Dogs on specific feeding schedules or medical regimens are tended to with undivided attention.

  • Fitness & Fresh Air: This is when we perform scheduled walks and personalized Gym Sessions for the parents who want their pups to stay in peak physical shape.

  • The Power Nap: We dim the lights to encourage a mid-day "shut-eye." This restorative time is essential for a dog's mental health, preventing the overstimulation often found in traditional, loud kennels.

4:00 PM to 7:00 PM – The Afternoon Surge

At 4:00 PM, the party starts again! The dogs wake up from their naps refreshed and ready for round two. As our daycare guests start heading home between 4:00 and 7:00 PM, our boarding team is already preparing the suites for the night.

7:00 PM to 8:00 PM – The Sweet Retreat

By 7:00 PM, the "Island Life" winds down. But the cleaning crew is still at it. Before a dog is put away for the night, their room is given a final check.

  • Fresh Everything: Every boarding dog returns to a room with fresh bedding, new padding, and clean bowls filled with water and food exactly as instructed by their owners.

By 8:00 PM, the lights are low, the rooms are spotless, and the only sound you’ll hear is the peaceful snoring of dogs who had the best day ever.
