Think of it less like a kennel and more like a luxury sleepover! We offer VIP and Lux Suites for pups who want their own bedroom, plus Comfort Suites for our standard guests.
Here is the best part: Your dog only goes to their room to sleep at night. During the day, they are out in our cage-free playground, socializing with their friends and our staff. No "lockdown" here—just all-day play and a cozy bed at night.
Oh yes. We have 15 tons of AC power (three commercial 5-ton units) keeping the air crisp and cool.
Our facility is 5,000 sq. ft., but we installed a ventilation system designed for 18,000 sq. ft. to ensure constant fresh airflow. This doesn't just keep dogs cool; it circulates fresh air 24/7 to help prevent airborne illnesses.
Absolutely! We offer tours by appointment to show you our boarding suites and lobby.
Note: We do not take tours inside the active cage-free play zones. Introducing strangers into the pack creates stress and anxiety for the dogs playing there.
You can see all the fun action photos of our facility on our website, but we prioritize the safety and mental health of our current guests above all else.
Safety is our #1 priority. We require Bordetella, DHPP, Rabies, and Canine Influenza. We check these records yearly to make sure all pups are up to date—this is how we keep our island free of diseases and sickness.
We know you miss them! Depending on the package you choose, we send daily updates straight to your phone. We take cute pictures and videos throughout the day so you can see your pup playing and having fun with other dogs.
It's simple! Send us an email or call us through our contact page. We will forward you the steps to complete:
1) Vaccination verification,
2) Paperwork (Profile setup),
3) A Temperament Test.
If all passes, we can invite you in with your pup!
Every pup goes through this "Vibe Check." First, our professionals check your dog’s body language to see if they are friendly with humans. If they pass, we introduce them to a gentle, neutral dog to check their reaction. Finally, we introduce them to the pack. Most dogs pass!
Note: Once your pup passes they can stay the rest of the day free of charge, First daycare is free.
If a dog is aggressive toward humans, they fail immediately—we cannot accept them for safety reasons for both parties. However, if they pass with humans but fail with other dogs (dog aggression), we offer Private Boarding for these pups so they can still stay with us safely.
Private Boarding is our LUX or VIP package, just without the group play. Your dog stays in a spacious room and interacts only with humans—no other animals.
We have a private, isolated section of the playground where we rotate Private Boarders to sniff, play with staff, and use the bathroom safely.
- Important: We require Senior Dogs to do Private Boarding. This ensures their stay is restful and not exhausting. Our staff will consult with you if your dog is considered senior.
Of course! We fully customize every stay so your pup feels at home. Whether it’s strict feeding times, mixing foods, giving medication, or taking them to a vet appointment—we do anything and everything.
We provide comfortable bedding, toys, and house food if needed. However, we highly recommend bringing your dog’s own food to prevent tummy trouble!
100% yes — we highly recommend it.
While our facility is cleaned around the clock, dogs naturally get stinky after days of playing and socializing with other pups. We also have our own daily clean-up routine where each dog gets their paws, face, and body freshened up.
For stays longer than 2 days, a departure bath is strongly recommended (but still optional) to send your pup home clean and fresh.
Glad you asked! We have a staff member whose sole job is cleaning from 8am to 7pm, non-stop. We wash every bowl daily, scrub playgrounds with hot water and vet-grade germ killers (KennelSol), and sanitize every room. You will smell the cleanliness as soon as you open the door.
Weekdays: 8am–12pm & 4pm–7pm
Saturday: 9am–4pm
Sunday: CLOSED to public.
Note: Pick-up after 12pm triggers a daycare charge. Sunday pick-up is available for an additional $100 convenience fee.
We dedicate those 4 hours to "Zen Time." We block off distractions (no doorbells!) so we can focus solely on the dogs—taking them on walks, gym sessions, birthday parties, or just letting them nap without interruptions.
Getting started is easy. Just give us a call or reach out through our contact page and we’ll walk you through everything.
The steps include:
- Vaccination verification
- Profile and paperwork setup
- A Temperament Test
Once your pup passes, they’re all set to join the fun.
Your dog’s safety (and everyone else’s) is very important to us. We require:
- Bordetella
- DHPP
- Rabies
- Canine Influenza
We review vaccination records yearly to make sure our pack stays healthy.
Every dog completes a temperament test before joining daycare.
We simply check how they interact with people, then with a neutral dog, and finally with the group. It helps us understand their personality and comfort level. Most dogs do great.
If a dog shows aggression toward humans, we’re unfortunately unable to accept them for safety reasons.
If your pup is friendly with people but not comfortable around other dogs, group daycare may not be the best fit. In that case, we offer private daycare, where your dog spends one-on-one time with our staff instead of being in a group setting.
Dogs are grouped by temperament, play style, and size.
We have three different play areas, and the temperament test helps us place each dog where they’ll feel most comfortable and happy. Some dogs love to run and wrestle, others prefer calmer play — we make sure they’re with the right friends.
Yes, absolutely. If your dog needs meals or medication during their stay, we’re happy to help. Just bring what they need and let us know the schedule.
Yes. Many parents love scheduling grooming or spa services during daycare so their pup goes home clean and fresh. Just tell us what you’d like and your pickup time, and we’ll handle the rest.
We take cleanliness seriously because dogs play hard.
Our floors are non-slip textured tiles with built-in drains. We have a dedicated cleaning team from 8am–7pm cleaning throughout the day. We regularly wash the playground using hot water and dog-safe disinfectants to keep everything sanitary.
Yes, comfort matters to us.
We run three commercial AC units (15 tons total) and a ventilation system designed for a much larger space than our facility. This means constant fresh air circulation and a comfortable temperature year-round.
We’re a cage-free daycare, so dogs enjoy open play from drop-off to pickup.
They can rest whenever they want in designated areas. We also dim the lights for an hour between 12pm–4pm for nap time so dogs can recharge before more play.
Weekdays: 8am–12pm and 4pm–7pm
Saturday: 9am–4pm
Sunday: Closed
This is our Quiet Time for the dogs.
We pause lobby traffic so pups can relax, go on private walks, enjoy gym time, or simply rest without the excitement of people coming and going. It helps keep dogs calm, balanced, and happy for the rest of the day.
Yes. We’re actually known locally for being great with anxious or nervous dogs. Our grooming environment is calm, positive, and low-stress. Each dog works with one groomer from start to finish, so they get true one-on-one care and consistency the entire time.
Yes, we do. We were awarded Best Grooming of 2024 thanks to our styling work on breeds like Doodles, Schnauzers, Poodles, Maltese, and Shih Tzus. Our groomers are experienced with both breed-standard and custom styles, and we take pride in delivering polished, high-quality results.
Yes. Our grooming room is located on the second floor, separate from daycare and boarding, so it stays quiet and relaxed. Groomers work in a calm, clean environment where they can focus fully on each dog. After grooming, pups don’t wait in cages — they relax in our oversized boarding suites, clean and comfortable, until pickup. We do not use cages.
Absolutely. Many of our clients love this option. Just let us know your pickup day and time, and we’ll have your pup freshly groomed and ready to go home looking their best.
We handle everything from Teddy Bear cuts, Lamb cuts, Asian Fusion styles, breed-standard Schnauzer cuts, Poodle Continental and Miami cuts, to custom Doodle trims. If you have a specific style in mind, just let us know — our groomers can accommodate nearly any request.
